Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Credit packs or subscription plans purchased via OceanConverter are considered digital content. Once the payment is confirmed and rights are assigned, the service is deemed as started.

2. REFUND POLICY

According to consumer protection laws regarding digital content and distance contracts, services performed instantly (like digital credits or software access) are generally exempt from the right of withdrawal. However, refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

• Credits not being assigned to the account due to a system error.
• Duplicate (double) payments.

3. REFUND PROCESS

You can submit your refund requests to info@oceanconverter.com within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
